    We offer two satellite locations, within other businesses in Fayetteville and Bentonville.  Both locations are by appointment only. Call 479-544-7004 to schedule an appointment.

    We operate Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm + after hours and weekends as required.

    Process Serving is the process of ensuring legal documents, subpoenas and summons are delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible, as required by law.

    We personally provide service of process to Northwest Arkansas and have a trusted network of process servers who ensure the delivery of documents across the rest of Arkansas and Nationwide.

  • How many attempts are made for process serving?

    7+ attempts are made in most areas, more attempts than our competitors.

  • Does Patton Legal Services offer Emergency and Rush service of process?

    Yes, we offer different service levels to meet your needs from Routine, Rush, and Priority. Read more on our process serving rates.

  • Are there real time updates for process service?

    Yes! We will keep you aware of how your Process Service is going. If requested, we can send a link to setup an account and see real time updates on the service of process.

  • Does Patton Legal Services offer bulk pricing for process server services?

    Yes, we offer bulk pricing as well as affordable prices. We also don’t charge mileage rates.

  • What kind of documents do Process Servers deliver?

    Process servers deliver summons, subpoenas, legal complaints, writs, court orders, and judgements, legal decrees, and other documents.

  • How many documents has Patton Legal Services served?

    We have personally served over 5000+ documents. Using our nationwide affiliate network, we have facilitated the serving of over 10,000 documents.

  • What are your three levels of process service delivery speeds?

    We offer Routine, Rush, and Priority Rush speeds of process service (or emergency service).


    Routine - Attempt Within 7 days after receipt of the service


    Rush - Attempt Within 72 Hours of payment or proof of payment.


    Priority Rush - Same Day Service if paid or provided proof of payment before 12 pm central

  • What does your Routine process service include?

    Our routine process service includes - 

    • Attempt Within 7 days after receipt of the service and payment or proof of payment forthcoming (scanned check).  Attempt is usually made sooner, but will be made within 7 days.
    • Per Person / Address
    • First 25 Pages Included
    • 5 Attempts per Address 
    • Day, Night, and Weekend 
    • Signed Affidavit
  • Does Patton Legal Services offer mobile notary services?

    Yes, we offer Mobile Notary Service across Northwest Arkansas - including Farmington, Fayetteville, Springdale, Lowell, Sioam Springs, Rogers, Bentonville, Bella Vista, and all the cities in between. 

  • What is a mobile notary?

    Mobile notary is where we notarize documents on the go, traveling to meet clients in person.

  • Does Patton Legal offer E-notary services?

    Yes, we do. We are authorized to act as a e-notary public through a secure platform. 

  • What is an E-Notary (or Electronic or Online Notary)

    An eNotary is a Notary Public who notarizes documents electronic format via the use of a digital signature and digital notary seal to notarize digital documents and validate with a digital certificate. This can be done in-person or remotely (also known as remote online notarization or RON).

  • What is the difference between Mobile Notary and E-Notary Services?

    The mobile notary goes to the client’s location to provide traditional notary services. 


    The E-Notary abides by all the same rules and regulations as a traditional notary, however the signatures that are applied to the document use a digital form.  A web portal is used to facilitate the process.

  • Does Patton Legal Services offer skip tracing?

    Yes, Patton Legal Services offers skip tracer solutions for law firms, debt collection agencies, businesses, familys, and individuals.

  • Where are Patton Legal Services skip tracing solutions offered?

    We offer skip tracer or skip tracing services across the state of Arkansas.

  • How do skip tracers find people?

    Skip tracing is an exhaustive investigation process that involves searching public records (property records, criminal history, tax, and financial details), private databases, known travel records, credit scores, court records, driver’s license and vehicle registration records, social media and can even involve contacting family and neighbors.

  • What is skip tracing for debt collection agencies?

    Skip tracing is locating people who are missing or have defaulted on a debt.

  • What is skip tracing for individuals?

    Skip tracing is locating people who are missing or skipped court or a hearing.
