Process Server – Service Levels | Routine, Rush, & Priority Rush

We offer three levels of process service for our clients – Routine, Priority, and Priority Rush. Each level of service includes a different timing attempt.

• Routine attempts are made within 10 business days
• Priority attempt is made within 72 hours of proof or payment or payment
• Priority Rush attempts are made the same business day (if paid before 12 pm central)

Each service level (Routine, Priority, and Priority Rush) includes:

• Per Person / Address
• First 25 Pages Included
• 5 Attempts per Address 
• Day, Night, and Weekend 
• Signed Affidavit
